Directions for use:
Take 2 INTEGRIS capsules with a large glass of lukewarm water. The presence of dietary fats at breakfast promotes the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (Vitamins A and E). Continuous intake helps maintain optimal levels of vitamin and mineral reserves.
