Each capsule delivers 400 mg of high-density micronized OptiPEA®. The dosage follows the 3-month tapering clinical protocol:
• Month 1 — "Intensification & Modulation" Phase: The goal is to quickly reach the threshold of effectiveness in the body. At this dose, PEA saturates the cellular receptors (PPAR-α). This is the phase of inhibiting deep tension and initiating tissue regeneration.
- 3 capsules per day (1,200 mg/day), divided among the 3 meals, 1 morning, 1 noon, 1 evening - 1 full bottle/90 capsules.
•• Month 2 — "Stabilization & Adaptation" Phase: Once biological calm is restored, the dose is adjusted to keep the tissues protected while retraining the body to regulate its own response. PEA continues to be supplied daily while the level of exposure is deliberately reduced, in order to support the transition to a more moderate dose.
- 2 capsules per day (800 mg/day) - One-third reduction - divided morning and evening - 60 capsules.

Take the capsules during meals with a large glass of water. Since PEA is a fat-soluble molecule, the presence of lipids in the meal optimizes its intestinal absorption.
